These terms govern your use of wearitfirst.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Who can use wearitfirst.ai

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms. Use an account you control and keep your device and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

What the preview means

wearitfirst.ai generates AI visualizations of clothing on your photo. Results can change your appearance, distort garment details, or be inaccurate. A preview is not a sizing recommendation, a promise of physical fit, or a representation made by a retailer. Check the retailer’s measurements, product details, and return policy before purchasing clothing.

Your images and permissions

You retain the rights you have in the images you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to transmit, process, store, and display those images to provide the requested service. Upload only images you are entitled to use, with the permission of any depicted adult. Product-page availability does not transfer a retailer’s intellectual property rights to you.

Do not upload minors, intimate or sexual content, illegal material, or images intended to harass, deceive, impersonate, or harm another person. Do not remove protections, bypass quotas, automate abusive requests, resell promotional credits, or probe other users’ accounts or photos.

Free credits and availability

The current offer includes one anonymous try-on and three additional free try-ons after Google signup. The signup gift is available once per account and is not reset by deleting and recreating an account. Free credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Rate limits and anti-abuse controls may restrict access. Failed generations are returned automatically; interrupted attempts may take up to ten minutes to be reconciled when you try again.

Real-money credit purchases are not currently available. When enabled, Stripe test checkout lets you try a one-time credit purchase without a real charge. Test credits have no cash value. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A future live offering will show its price and purchase terms before you choose to buy.

Saving, deletion, and third-party services

Generated previews are available for 24 hours. Save or download a result you want to keep. Saved looks and photos can be removed from your account. Our service depends on Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, and image-generation providers; interruptions or changes may affect availability. The shopping extension is a development preview and is not currently distributed through the Chrome Web Store.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using wearitfirst.ai at any time and delete your account. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breaches of these terms. Where appropriate, you can contact support to request a review.

Responsibility and consumer rights

We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or accurate AI output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We do not determine your statutory rights through a product preview.
