Free credits and test checkout

wearitfirst.ai offers free promotional try-ons and, when enabled, a clearly labeled Stripe test checkout. Test checkout does not charge real money. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Free and test credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded for money.

If a try-on fails

A failed generation returns the credit to your account. If your connection is interrupted, the server may still finish the image. Check your account history before starting another attempt. An abandoned attempt can take up to ten minutes to be reconciled when you try again.

If an image is incorrect

AI previews can be imperfect. If your result is unusable, contact support@wearitfirst.ai with the date and a description. Do not send sensitive photos unless needed and requested. We can investigate the result and your credit history.

Future purchases

Before paid packs become available, we will publish their prices, purchase conditions, and refund process. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law will continue to apply.
